Pokémon Home Medals

I came to japan, got a bunch of medals for Pokémon Home but a question arises. Is it possible to emulate/replicate the NFC tags? If so, is it legal to? I will like to do it for preservation purposes, but it will be a shame if it loses the meaning as a souvenir for coming to those places.

I've seen scans of NFC scans from Osaka. The scan shows a url like, and the url has a 'cmac' that appears to change and HOME doesn't read the emulated NFC (maybe the link is time sensitive)

That makes sense considering you can only scan it once per day.
